After reading the reviews I showed up early (11:30) on a Friday to avoid the long lines. I think it took about 10 minutes from the time I arrived to get my food. This was a good cheesesteak! You really get your money's worth--plenty of meat. Definitely recommend trying Chuck's if you have been searching for the best cheesesteak in CLT (like I have) Cash only!
Loved it! Sandwich was delicious full of flavor, meat and cheese. Ate about 2/3 of my sandwich so depending on how hungry you are, you may be able to eat it all in one sitting. Fries were just okay I'd choose chips next time.
Nice to find cheesesteak subs in Charlotte. We miss Baltimore style subs...(The BEST city for sandwhiches, in our opinion ; -)) That being said, Chuck's Cheesesteak came pretty close to what we are used to. I bought one for my husband and he was really satisfied. It comes with mayo, mushrooms, and cooked onions. No extras, like lettuce and tomato. (Not a game changer, though) Customer service was top notch... 'Chuck' was friendly and pleasant, although busy and working solo that day. Highly recommend that you give it a try. I didn't have one because I don't eat beef, so the review is based on hubby's response. Located on Brookshire Blvd heading north toward Hoskins Rd. He locates his Food Truck on a lot near Burger King after the gas station.
If you want a meaty, juicy, flavorful cheesesteak, check this place out immediately. The owner posts on Instagram to let you know that he'll be open. Get there early because things can get really busy, and he stops at 4 pm sharp.
This is the best cheesesteak I have had in Charlotte. I always search for a great cheesesteak. Loaded with meat. Right bread. Exceptional service. Definitely worth checking out!

If y'all have read any of my reviews you know I reserve 5 stars for when I visit a second time and the food is consistent. In my mind I believe it will be but until I return 4 it is. Pack your patience is the first thing I will say. This is a one man show-at least the day I went but when I tell you it was well worth the wait!!! That's what I mean! Honestly my mouth is watering as I type this review Outside of Philly this is absolutely the best cheesesteak I have ever had! I can't wait to go back and try the chicken Philly! I couldn't even get to the fries really because the sandwich was so good!
I am a Philadelphia native and this is the best cheesesteak I have ever had since I left Philly. Mr. Chuck uses authentic Amoroso rolls, fresh ingredients for his chicken and beef cheese steaks, and delivers service with a smile. Cheese steaks are reasonably priced at only $10 apiece. Will definitely be returning
